Dispatcher
Multiband Global is hiring a Dispatcher for our fiber services team to provide high-quality customer service and support to our field team members.
The Dispatcher will be responsible for initial and intraday scheduling and adjustment of the installation and maintenance schedule for technicians.
Responsibilities:
Construct initial daily schedules for technicians, monitor the progress of work in the field, and make intraday adjustments to ensure no appointments are missed.
Maintain current job assignment trackers Request One Calls via intranet and phone Provide updates to appropriate personnel Support staff in tracking various data Contributes to the orderly operation of the warehouse Requirements:
Data entry skills Experience with Excel preferred Experience in scheduling and routing software preferred Position responsibilities require a strong detailed mindset and organizational skills and be able to demonstrate adaptability, initiative, and problem-solving capabilities Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and be able to function under pressure, in a fast-paced environment Data entry skills Proficiency with prioritizing and meeting deadlines Location:
This position is required to be on-site in our Hanover, PA office.
